I PAINT!

To much time in the house means I must paint something.  OK, this post is for Kim Wheeler, though she will probably never read it usless I tell her to.  Awhile back she posted on her blog that she hates furniture painted brown.  O really,  I look around, keep in mind I paint everything,  I see too many things painted brown.  So what do I do, start painting!

Out to the gargarge to pick a color...... blue it is!  Is that better!

Meet Miller

Kay Kay and BB gave Miller to Julia and Greer for Christmas!  We were abit nervous about making the 10 hr. trip home with 2 kids and a new puppy, but Miller must be meant for our family.  He didn't make a peep!  He is a great traveler, which is a must to be part of  this family, we are road warriors!  He is a wonderful new addition to our family and we are so proud to have him.  Greer is becoming an amazing dog trainer.

Aw, a fresh start!  Who doesn't need a fresh start, the opportunity to make this year better than the last.  I sure do!  Although I love the new year it is almost like OCD overload for me.   A new year makes me want everything new.  I want to clean out, throw away, and redo.  I spent hours at Lowes over the weekend just thinking of all the projects I would like to get accomplished in 2010.  We'll see what all makes the list or should I say the budget.  Well here is what made the budget this week.

New Curtains!

$12.97 a panel!  Amazing Deal!

These curtains are now in there new home.  These curtains used to hang where the new ones now hang.  These curtains are the gift that keeps on giving.  They were used as a shower curtain in my first house, in my kitchen at my second house, and finally they made it to the guest bedroom in our third house.  I have loved them in every room.  Looking forward to lots of home improvements in the new year!  I will keep you posted!  HaHa!
