A Nature Hike

Ok so maybe Julia wasn't exactly dressed for a nature
hike and rock climbing,
but she was a natural even in heels
(never hike without your jewelry).
Kay Kay is too blame for her love of jewelry,
Gigi is to blame for supplying her with these two lovely pieces.
Anywho it all started with a family reunion with family that we didn't even know, but quickly turned into a day in the wilderness. Julia and Greer loved every minute.

Disney on Ice

We kick started a very busy weekend with Disney on Ice. It was a great show. Julia never moved and Greer did great until the very end and he had enough of Tink. He was yelling CARS!!! MOUSE!!! (aka Mickey Mouse).

Attention all MOMs

If you don't have a Cozy Coupe, stop what you are doing and go buy one. I had not bought one for my kiddos because they had a little red car that I thought was sufficient. It was for Julia but not for Greer. Everywhere we went that had a cozy coupe I would prepare myself for the fight. Trust me, Greer would win this fight everytime. He is not getting out of that car without a fight. So yesterday, Thanks to my friend Erica, and a good consignment sale find, we are now the proud owners of a cozy coupe. The only problem now is when we actually have leave. Yesterday he was blowing kisses to the car when we left. He wanted to eat his lunch in it but I insisted he sit at the table.

The Ladybugs

A soccer star in the making! Julia had her first soccer game on Saturday under the coaching instruction of Coach Quick. It was fantastic. Julia had a blast, she was so excited I bought them matching outfits. HaHa, so she thinks. I can't say she is an expert at handling the ball yet, but she definitely runs like a deer. She loves it and that is all that matters. She thinks her hot pink cleats make her really fast! Greer is learning a few things himself. He definitely thinks he is on the team. He only ran out on the field once, which I was very proud of considering he stays out there during practice.

Back to School

What a difference a year makes!
Today was the first day back to school for Julia. No Big Deal for her, she acts like she never missed a day. If she had it her way she would be in Kindergarten this year. She was all geeked out with Hannah Montana bag, lunch box, and nap pad. I think everyone had a pretty good day except Will. Poor guy! He was a first timer and bought along his mom, grandma, and aunt. It so reminded me of my little brother. For the most part where Brock was mom, mam, and aunt Sandy were also. Hopefully Thurs will be better for the little guy.
