The Birthday Girl!

5 Years Old and Mommy still doesn't believe it. So far I cried at Kindergarten registration and on her actual birthday. I really thought I was tougher than this. Oh well, I am a softy, how did that happen? Even my sadness didn't stop the CELEBRATION! We started on Friday with a sleep over with her precious friends from Preschool. They have been best buddies for two years and now they will all go to different schools! After the sleep over we spent the day in the front yard with Lucy and Lily on the Slip and Slide! They had a blast. But after that the party girl was exhausted and it took two naps to catch up. Sunday was her actual birthday so we celebrated with a box of Krispy Kreme Minis for her Sunday School class. After church Gigi, Brock and Pa came to visit! We had lunch and we were off to Build-A-Bear. But, we did have to share this day with THE BEST DAD IN THE WORLD! A few treats for dad at the Bass Pro Shop, he's easy! Today sealed the 5th birthday with booster shots, she was a champ!

Greer's Big Boy Bed

When we bought Greer's baby bed it seemed like it would take forever to transition from baby bed to toddler bed to Big Boy Bed. Well, 2 1/2 yrs and we are already there. It is so SAD! The only thing I can get excited about is it does give me an excuse to do some more decorating. So, I added alittle Uppercase Living! Which I love!!! Check out Greer's corn stalk! Walt Disney World

The Quick's have been Disneyfied! Yes, that is a word and I am sure I spelled it correctly! Our first ever family of 4 week vacation. We take alot of vacations, but never by ourselves. It was a blast! Next time we promise to allow grandparents! We did everything a 2 and 4 year old can possibly do in 7 days and 4 parks!
